Day 2: coils of all kinds bowls and bells
Day 3: slab relief drawing
Day 4: a combined form- a treasure box
Day 5 : underglazing pieces
Option to glaze a second time ( $20 )
Join us for a week of sculpting and making with clay! Experimenting, investigating, and executing many different techniques in ceramics, this is a deep dive into learning the craft of pottery and experimenting with clay. 5 days full of hands on learning your camper ( ages 8 and up) is sure to gain confidence and skill building through experimentation and executions. We will underglaze on our last day and projects will be fired and ready in 2-3 weeks. You will then have an option adding another firing with glaze for an additional $25 ( glaze, time, and 2nd firing ) by appointment.
Each day we will work on one project and take a 15- 30 minute break for a snack time break.
